View Case StudiesA snapshot of where Juisci stands in the AI search era — and the opportunity cost of the current gap.
Juisci has raised €5.5M, serves 200,000+ healthcare professionals and holds 4.6–4.7 star app ratings — yet when a doctor or a pharma medical-affairs lead asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google for “the best AI platform to keep up with medical literature”, Juisci never appears. Competitors' own blog posts are being quoted as the answer instead, and with only 7 organic keywords ranking, juisci.com is invisible at the exact moment buyers are choosing.
We tested how Juisci appears when potential customers ask AI tools to recommend AI Medical Knowledge Platform providers in Paris, France · Global. Here's what we found.
Third-party corpus is app-store pages and funding news — nothing quotable answering buyer questions.
AI Overviews for category queries surface Vera Health, Elicit, Consensus, QxMD — never Juisci.
Perplexity cites the roundup articles Juisci is missing from; no juisci.com source appears.
With no schema and a 500ing sitemap, Gemini falls back to the same third-party lists.
0 / 4 platforms platforms currently surface Juisci in relevant AI-generated recommendations.
Structured authority content, third-party mentions, FAQ pages, and consistent brand signals across the web — all of which competitors currently have more of.
We ran the exact searches your buyers use when asking AI tools to recommend a solution. Here's who appeared — and whether Juisci was in the answer.
Every tested query is answered from third-party roundups and comparison listicles — and Juisci appears in none of them. Competitors like PaperDoc and Vera Health author the very pages the AI engines quote, so they get recommended by default. Query 3 is the exact buyer Juisci Workspace sells to, and the answer is a list of six rivals.
These are bottom-of-funnel, demo-intent queries from HCPs and pharma buyers. With DR 33 and 1,043 referring domains, Juisci already has more raw authority than several names being cited — the content and technical layer to capture these answers is what is missing, and that is fixable in weeks, not years.
These are the companies currently winning AI recommendations in your market. Understanding why they're cited — and you're not — reveals the exact gap to close.
| Company | DR | ChatGPT | Google AIO | Perplexity | Why They Win |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Juisci You | 33 | Not Cited | Not Appearing | Not Cited | Audit target |
| OpenEvidence | 72 | Cited | Appearing | Cited | Free-for-clinicians positioning + heavy third-party coverage makes it the default AI answer |
| Consensus | 79 | Cited | Appearing | Cited | Owns the “AI scientific consensus” category with deep comparison and FAQ content |
| Elicit | 76 | Cited | Appearing | Cited | Research-assistant category leader, named in every roundup AI engines draw from |
| Read by QxMD | — | Cited | Appearing | Partial | A decade of “best apps for doctors” reviews keeps it the default journal-app answer |
| PaperDoc | — | Partial | Appearing | Cited | Direct French rival that writes the “top AI summarizer” roundups AI engines quote |

These are the highest-leverage changes Juisci can make right now to start appearing in AI-generated recommendations within 30–90 days.
sitemap.xml currently returns a 500 error, robots.txt is an empty file, and every non-existent URL returns the homepage with a 200 status (soft-404). Fix all three so search and AI crawlers can actually map the site.
Organization, SoftwareApplication and FAQ schema on key pages, plus an llms.txt file describing Juisci, its products and proof points — so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini can verify and quote Juisci directly.
Publish authoritative comparison content targeting the exact queries tested here (“best AI medical literature platforms”, “Juisci vs Read by QxMD”, medical-affairs buyer guides) and pitch inclusion in the listicles AI already quotes.
While auditing how AI sees Juisci, we also looked at the website itself (Webflow). These specific issues are holding back both your AI visibility and how the site converts, and they are all fixable.
https://www.juisci.com/sitemap.xml responds with HTTP 500 and robots.txt is a blank file — crawlers get no map of the site and no crawl directives at all.
Any non-existent path (we tested several) returns the full homepage with a 200 status instead of a 404. This wastes crawl budget, pollutes the index with duplicate pages and makes an llms.txt impossible to serve correctly.
The homepage, /for-organizations (titled just “Juisci Workspace”) and /blog have no meta descriptions, no og:image and zero structured data — search snippets and AI citations are left to chance.
Web development and WordPress are core strengths at Saigon Digital. Fixing the issues above is part of the work, not a separate project. We handle the AI visibility, the SEO, and the website itself.
This audit shows the problem. Fixing it usually means more than AI alone: the website, the SEO and the AI visibility all work together. We handle all three, then keep it growing.
Juisci has a clear path to winning AI and search visibility, and a website that supports it. The gap to competitors is real but closeable. We typically start with a fixed-price foundation sprint (AI and GEO, SEO, and the website fixes above), then a simple monthly retainer to keep growing and maintain the site. A 30-minute call is all it takes to map it out.
Nick Rowe · CEO & Co-Founder, Saigon Digital
A fixed-price 3-month sprint: get cited in AI answers, fix the SEO foundations, and reposition and repair the website (development and WordPress included). One scope, one price.
A simple monthly retainer once the foundation is set: continued SEO and AI visibility growth, content, and website maintenance and support. Rolling monthly, no long lock-in.
Every month your competitors build more authority signals, the gap widens. AI models are training on content published now, so delay compounds the problem.
